DDC’s state of the art testing facility is ISO-certified for laboratory excellence according to the ISO/IEC 17025 standards. How does this work?
Here is a brief overview of the immigration DNA testing process at DDC.
- A legal professional or private customer sends an instruction to DNA Diagnostics Centre via email, fax, letter, or by using one of the instruction buttons below. The instruction must include full details such as the type of relationship to be tested for; customers full names, dates of birth, and contact information of all parties involved in the test; and any hearing date information. Contact details for the doctor/sample collector should also be stated.
- DDC will coordinate sample collection appointments and dispatch collection kits to the collection facilities.
- Samples and completed are sent to the DDC laboratory for analysis to commence.
- Once testing is concluded, we send the legal professional or the customer the test results.
